booth experience at our local Woolworth's department store
and at various tourist attractions. Initially we planned to purchase
ready-made photo booths, but
we didn't find any that combined professional-grade cameras, optics, lighting and printers with a portable, flexible and versatile booth design.
So, we decided to design and build

Each home has up to 8 photos and 50 attributes. Property additions, removals and changes are updated continuously throughout the day on a real-time basis. Home shoppers can build portfolios, print flyers, map homes and schedule in-person visits. Realtors who subscribe to Realnique offer a personalized version of this site for their clients. This suite of sites features a corporate "launch pad" site designed to steer visitors to one of Prudential's offices. The office sites include a gateway to the local MLS database of available homes for sale, as well as real-time Open Houses and Virtual Tours to make home-shopping simple. The company is recognized as having a formidable recruiting effort spearheaded by it's best-of-class Careers site that includes liberal use of Flash video clips that provide information aimed at helping potential Agents to make career decisions.

Castlehead Escrows
This innovative escrow company came to us to design a site which was simple in both design and functionality. The navigation is concise. The graphics are sharp. The site is packed with useful content. There are two interactive forms online, an EZ Open form to get the escrow process rolling and a survey form to assess their performance after a transaction is completed. There is also a Biz Tips section which features monthly articles written by Castlehead staff members, and uploaded via browser using a back-end configuration area which we provided them.

Cathy wanted a web presence that reflected her business philosophy... one that was Caring, Practical and Affordable. nEtCommerce delivered. The site has a clean, uncluttered appearance and the graphics clearly, and in a light-hearted way, depict her affinity for cows. It's probably no small coincidence that quite a few of her valued clients are dairy farmers. We used a stained glass scene from her office lobby as the centerpiece of the home page, and then derived the color scheme of the site from that.

The objective was to build a site that showcased the complete real estate solution they bring to their clients... services covering everything essential to buy or sell your home. Simple navigation tools lead the visitor to Property Searches, Open Houses and Virtual Tours. In addition there is a searchable database of Agents and a section dedicated to Careers. The whole package is delivered in a clean design that reflects the local community while integrating their corporate identity standards.
